| gianna bitches about the joker, says nothing that hasn't been said already. |

To call the Joker's release a deserved second chance is absolutely outrageous. His actions went beyond criminal activity into full-blown terrorism of the highest degree. I frequently attempt to remain as optimistic as possible in regards to the structure and integrity of Gotham's city government, but this is a clear insight into the corrupt of our local government. Every politician who agreed to go on the record has condemned the action, and yet the Joker was still able to walk out of Arkham a relatively free man?
And don't get me started on his doctor. She's out of her fucking mind. |

I consider my tastes to be quite classical in regards to art, though I do respect, enjoy and admire modern art, particularly modern photography. However, James Franco's new "imaginary art" exhibit seems to be an experiment in human behavior rather than modern art. There are dozens of people who would find "imaginary art" to be at the forefront of artistic endeavors, but I can hardly believe James Franco to be among them. His entire exhibit seems to be an act of social defiance. I am beyond unimpressed, I am rather disgusted that a legitimate artist would pull himself outside his medium just to conduct what I am assuming is a social experiment for the wealthy and bored. |

Bikram Yoga, commonly known as hot yoga, is a system of yoga that Bikram Choudhury synthesized from traditional yoga techniques and popularized beginning in the early 1970s. Bikram's Beginning Yoga Class runs approximately 90 minutes, incorporates a series of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises, and is ideally practiced in a room heated to 105°F with a humidity of 40%[...] Bikram yoga aims toward general wellness and claims the heated studio facilitates deeper stretching, injury prevention, and stress and tension relief. Bikram yoga is claimed to systematically stimulate and restore health to every muscle, joint, and organ of the body.
This sounds fantastic. The only way I could think of yoga being better is making it hotter. |

For those looking for some semblance of distraction from our chaotic city, the GMAM is holding it's monthly First Friday event next Friday evening, beginning at 6:00 PM. There will be a cash bar and appetizers, and the event will be held in the museum's sculpture garden.

I can see the Gotham U campus from my apartment. Some of the brothers from Kappa Sigma just flipped one of the campus police cars, and I just saw three or four cars just take off up Skowcroft Street.
I just got a text from someone saying people are going to protest at the City Center Court House, but it doesn't look like protesting. It looks like they're starting a riot. |

As Channel 4 so conveniently forgot to mention, a two African American men were also shot on the 25th. One was a grandfather of four, and the other was a 21 year old Gotham Community College student studying criminal justice. |
